Reid Yacht Services Ltd
PRICES
All prices for the supply of goods and materials shall be subject to change due to any increase in costs to the company. These include: foreign exchange fluctuations, taxes and duties, costs of products supplied, materials and other manufacturing costs, and any other circumstances beyond the control of the company between the date of quotation and the date of delivery.
SUPPLY
All products are subject to availability.
PAYMENT
The terms of payment are net cash on completion of an invoiced order. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the flat rate of 2.5% per month. The company shall hold a lien over any asset supplied and shall have the right to hold the same within its possession, without risk, until payment of all moneys payable are paid in full. If necessary, the company shall exercise its rights under the Wages Protection and Contractor’s Liens Act Repeal Act 1987.
TAXATION
GOODS & SERVICES TAX (G.S.T) OF 12.5% IS INCLUDED ON ALL INVOICES. G.S.T. IS ZERO-RATED FOR VESSELS DEPARTING WITHIN 48 HOURS OF LOADING PROVISIONS ONBOARD THE VESSEL.
PRO-FORMA
The person placing and approving an
order must sign Packing Slips & Pro-Forma’s on recieveing the goods. Prices given on the Pro-Forma are valid for 10 days from the date printed on the Pro-Forma. Prices on the Pro-Forma do not include G.S.T. The Pro-Forma is not a quote, it is for budget costing only.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
A charge of 3% will be added to the invoice for credit card payments.

Reid Yacht Services Ltd prides itself on excellent service. Suggestions on how we can improve are always welcome. Should a product be damaged or we have failed to meet your standards, please advise us within two hours of delivery.
GOODS FREIGHTED TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Reid Yacht Services Ltd accepts no reponsibility for goods that are freighted to other countries uninsurred. Insurance costs will be charged to customers.
