Our service starts the second you enter the Pacific Ocean……

We are there to welcome you armed with local information, and ready to provide the kind of service that will make you feel right at home and help you get the most out of your stay.

We’ll help you save time, by making the necessary arrangements with Customs, Immigration & Agriculture & Fisheries officials.

We’ll set up a secure mailing address for you. Any spare parts you’ve had sent through in advance will be cleared by Customs and held in a secure bonded store until you arrive.

We’ll have a selection of mobile phone accounts, hand sets and SIM Cards to meet your specific needs. They’ll be ready and waiting for you too.

Transport can be arranged. Leased, rented or purchases vehicles can be sourced to fit in with your budget.

If required, a range of accommodation nearby will also be taken care of, at a convenient location and an economical price.

Provisioning is catered for too. New Zealand enjoys some of the finest produce in the world, and this can be delivered straight to the vessel.
