Ordering and Pricing Estimates
When a vessel has placed an order Reid Yacht Services will prepare a ‘Pro-Forma Estimate’. It outlines all items ordered and gives an estimate on prices. Once the document is approved, a time and date for delivery is arranged and the order is processed.
Payment
On delivery, the goods are accompanied by a packing slip to check all goods ordered are received by the customer. Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise arranged, by either cash, cheque, or credit card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard) GST (12.5%) will be zero-rated for those overseas vessels departing NZ waters with 48 hours.

When it comes to that dreaded accounting day you won’t have to sort through all those receipts. Reid Yacht Services itemises all products ordered on one invoice, giving you a total overview of what was purchased, and when.
Fish, meat, game & poultry are portion vacuum packed to the customers’ preference.
Sugar, flour, rice etc can also be portion packed in sizes of 250g or 500g rather than the standard 1-1.5kg.
All frozen & refrigerated goods are delivered in polystyrene boxes.
All meat products are vacuum packed in portion sizes. Packs are labelled with product name, date and quantity. All Lamb and Beef is aged for at least 21 days.
Be adventurous, try Ostrich for a change. We can supply cooking information and recipes.
Most meat products from New Zealand are permitted into the Pacific Islands, providing this is your next port of call from New Zealand.

Poultry and seafood products are not permitted into most countries, unless cooked. A popular item is corn-fed chicken, which is vacuum packed.
Fish is vacuum and portion packed. Most seafood will come frozen in 1kg or 500g vacuum packs or in blocks, which can easily be broken in a sink.
New Zealand produces some fantastic cheese which is more and more recognised with cheese connoisseurs. There is also a good range of overseas traditional cheese available.

The bread selection available in New Zealand is unbelievable; French, Italian, Dutch, German, Swiss, Mediterranean, you name it, and you can get it here. Most of our bread suppliers are able to supply fresh products and par-baked breads or un-proven dough for pastries and bread.
One of our most popular bread products are the 400g frozen bread dough. All you need to do is leave it to rise overnight, bake at 180ºc for 25 minutes and you have a delicious home made loaf of bread. It’s easy to make and then stow in your freezer.
There is a large range of olive oils and vinegars available in New Zealand.
